Marketplace listings muddy the picture. Walmart carries a listing for "Prime Biome Capsules," some product photos show a capsule bottle with Prime Biome branding, and Amazon has shown gummy listings from other sellers. We can't confirm that any of those match the official formula, so this review covers only the gummy sold on primebiome24.com. The name also gets mixed up with other brands that use "Biome"; those are separate products.
Bacillus coagulans plus nine more: the full PrimeBiome label
The Supplement Facts label lists:

A few label details are worth getting right:
- The dandelion is the leaf, not the root.
- Babchi appears only as "babchi powder." The label doesn't list bakuchiol or any other isolated compound, so descriptions that equate the two go beyond the label.
- The sales page calls the ginger "organic Ceylon ginger" and the lion's mane "organic"; the label lists ginger root extract and lion's mane powder.
- The CFU count and the blend total are disclosed, but not the amount of each ingredient in the blend.
Does Prime Biome really work for gut and skin?
The seller's case is that an aging gut slows digestion, nutrient absorption and skin cell turnover, and that bringing in fresh beneficial bacteria restores the aging microbiome. Its FAQ also calls the formula doctor-approved and says the ingredients were proven safe in clinical trials, without naming the doctor or the trials.
What the official site doesn't provide is a study of PrimeBiome. None of them tested the PrimeBiome gummy, so the skin, digestion and weight benefits remain the seller's claims.
If your main concern is a skin condition such as acne, eczema or rosacea, a dermatologist is a better first stop than a gummy. The same goes for ongoing digestive symptoms, which are worth raising with your doctor.
