A powder, not a capsule: what ProstaVive actually is
ProstaVive is a flavored powder that you stir into a drink; besides the actives, the label lists natural flavors, citric acid, sea salt and stevia. The official FAQ describes it as a supplement for a healthy prostate, healthy male hormones, circulation and energy. The sales page goes further, with customer stories about sleep, energy and libido, plus two bonus guides (smoothie recipes and a sex-drive plan) for buyers of the larger packages.
The format matters when you shop. Search results for the name include capsule products with look-alike branding, such as an Amazon listing for GREENVIFY "ProstateViva" capsules, and some product photos show a capsule bottle labeled "Prosta Vive." Those don't match the official product, which is the powder sold on prostavive.org.
13 disclosed doses and one 200 mg blend: the ProstaVive label
The Supplement Facts label lists, per scoop:
- Vitamin D3: 50 mcg
- Vitamin B6: 10 mg
- Magnesium (as magnesium citrate): 50 mg
- Zinc (as zinc citrate): 12 mg, or 109% of the Daily Value
- Sodium: 70 mg
- Fenugreek seed: 500 mg
- Artichoke extract (5% cynarin): 300 mg
- Ashwagandha root extract (1.5% withanolides): 250 mg
- Cordyceps: 250 mg
- Maca root extract: 250 mg
- Proprietary blend of beet root, alfalfa leaf, black currant, broccoli, pomegranate and raspberry: 200 mg
- Stinging nettle root extract: 200 mg
- Tongkat ali extract (100:1): 100 mg
- Panax ginseng root extract: 50 mg
- Boron (as boron citrate): 5 mg
That is a fairly transparent label. Every ingredient has an amount except the six items in the fruit and vegetable blend, which share a combined 200 mg.
What's missing matters too. If you expected saw palmetto, beta-sitosterol, pumpkin seed, lycopene or pygeum, none of them is on this label.
Does ProstaVive really work? What the evidence covers
The official FAQ says ProstaVive is proven to support prostate health, circulation, hormones and energy. We couldn't find that proof on the official pages. The reference list on the sales page is mostly about weight loss and metabolism, with papers on thermogenic ingredients, green tea, berberine, bitter melon, resveratrol, chromium, dandelion and chicory, and none of those ingredients is on the ProstaVive label. The artichoke and beetroot papers do match label ingredients, but they look at cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and exercise. None of the listed papers tested ProstaVive.
So the honest answer to "does it work?" is that there is no published evidence for this formula, only the seller's statements and customer stories. The seller itself says results vary. Whether any prostate supplement is worth taking in your situation is a good question for your doctor, who can weigh specific ingredients against your symptoms and test results.
If you're getting up at night to urinate, notice a weaker stream or feel urgency, see a doctor before relying on any supplement. Those symptoms have several possible causes, and a doctor may suggest checks such as a PSA blood test.
One scoop in the morning: mixing and timing
Mix one scoop into a glass of water or another drink. The FAQ recommends taking it in the morning, either on an empty stomach or roughly 60 minutes after eating, and says to go with whichever sits better with you. That is the only official direction: no split dose and no cycling schedule.
The FAQ also recommends staying on it daily for three to six months, and the shipping page suggests trying it for at least three months. Both are sales recommendations rather than evidence of when anything will happen, but the 180-day guarantee is long enough to cover them.
What to check with your doctor before the first scoop
The official pages don't list side effects. The FAQ states that ProstaVive has no known allergens and is free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, barley and animal products, that it isn't a stimulant or habit-forming, and that anyone with a diagnosed or suspected medical condition, or taking medication, should consult a physician. It also advises against combining it with supplements that contain similar ingredients.
Points worth raising with your doctor or pharmacist:
- Prescription medication. The formula includes eight herbal and fungal ingredients: fenugreek, artichoke, ashwagandha, cordyceps, maca, nettle root, tongkat ali and Panax ginseng. If you take prescription drugs, including anything for urinary symptoms, blood pressure or blood sugar, bring the label to that appointment.
- Overlapping nutrients. A scoop already contains vitamin D3, vitamin B6, magnesium, zinc and boron, so check your multivitamin before adding it.
- Sodium and sweetener. Each scoop declares 70 mg of sodium and is sweetened with stevia, which matters if you track sodium or avoid stevia.
- Anything unexpected. Stop and contact a healthcare professional if you react badly after starting.
Complaints, refunds and the 180-day window
We don't repeat ratings from complaint and review sites because we couldn't verify them. What we can document is the refund route, which is what matters if ProstaVive doesn't work for you. According to the refund policy:
- Make sure you are within 180 days of your order date.
- Email support with "Refund Request" in the subject line, and wait for an agent to confirm before you ship anything.
- Return all bottles, empty and unopened, to the returns address in Tallmadge, Ohio, with a note giving your full name, order number and the email you ordered with. No return label is needed; you pay the postage and should email the tracking number.
- Once the return is logged, the refund is issued in full and usually shows on your statement within 5–10 days.
The FAQ adds that you can ask for a refund even after using up your supply. Order support promises an email reply within 48 hours, and there is a phone line for product questions.
Buying ProstaVive: packages, shipping and customs
The official sales page offers 2-, 3- and 6-bottle packages, with the 2-bottle "sample" package as the smallest currently on offer. The 6-bottle package has the lowest per-bottle price, and the 3- and 6-bottle packages include the two bonus guides. The shipping policy lists free US shipping on the larger packages and a fee on the smallest, although its table still describes that as a 1-bottle offer. International shipping fees appear at checkout, and customs in your country may add import charges. Prices move, so check the current price on the official website.
Worth a trial for some men, not for others
ProstaVive makes sense for men who prefer a drinkable powder to capsules, who have had any urinary symptoms evaluated, and who value a long refund window and a label that discloses nearly every dose. It is a poor fit for men with new or worsening urinary symptoms who haven't seen a doctor, for anyone set on saw palmetto or similar ingredients, and for men on prescription medication who haven't cleared the botanicals with their doctor.
If blood flow rather than prostate comfort is your main interest, our Nitric Boost Ultra review covers a different men's powder, and the men's health category has the full list.
